Multiply the monthly rent by your plan rate: 4.5% Silver, 5.5% Gold, 6.5% Platinum, 8.5% Titanium, or 10.5% Obsidian. At $2,000 monthly rent, that is $90, $110, $130, $170, or $210 per month, leaving $1,910, $1,890, $1,870, $1,830, or $1,790 of rent remaining. A separate one-time $199.99 admin fee per enrolled unit is due at signup. Monthly fees follow a 30-day provider trial; payment + 30 days is an estimate, not a confirmed charge date. Live checkout is blocked pending finalized, approved membership terms.
What makes the plans different?
Each tier has its own rate, benefits, and months of rent nonpayment coverage: Silver 2 months, Gold 4 months, Platinum 6 months, Titanium 9 months, and Obsidian 12 months. Obsidian is the only plan covering the full term of a 12-month lease. Review the full plan comparison during enrollment before selecting and paying for a membership.
Does protection start when I pay?
Not automatically. Property and lease eligibility, approval, the 60-day probation period, and the applicable agreement determine when protection starts. Confirm your activation date before relying on any guarantee.
Can I enroll multiple properties?
You can discuss enrollment for multiple properties with RGU. Each rental’s details, pricing, and eligibility should be reviewed during the enrollment process.
What information will I need?
Have your property address, monthly rent, and lease details ready. Account registration and any required verification happen in the enrollment flow.
Where can I review cancellation and refund terms?
The linked general terms are not a finalized landlord membership agreement. Live checkout stays blocked until membership terms are finalized and approved. Cancelling a subscription never erases a verified signup payment or resets paid admin fees; refunds require their own verified process.
Does Obsidian cover more than 12 months?
No. Obsidian covers up to 12 months of rent nonpayment — the full term of a 12-month lease, subject to the applicable agreement, eligibility, approval, exclusions, and activation requirements. It is not unlimited and does not extend beyond 12 months for longer leases.
